SHIPPING

All our international shipments are undertaken via air-mail.

We ship our products from the head office in their Jewels boxes or bags unless otherwise requested. We pack them carefully so that they will reach you in perfect condition. Depending on the country of delivery and your request, delivery time ranges from 5-14 days upon release from the head office. Usually we release your order the next business day upon confirmation and payment.

A tracking number will be provided upon release/delivery from the head office.

Please note that you are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes or other restrictions. Should there be other applicable custom duties at destination, these will be paid at receipt of shipment by the buyer.

RETURNS POLICY

All items sold in Jewels.ph comes directly from the main office. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.

However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them. If you have a need to return goods to us for whatever reason please email sales@jewels.ph outlining the reason for return.

A return does not include shipping postage. If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded.

All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted if the products have been cut, damaged, or otherwise tampered with.

  • If your parcel does not arrive we will either replace your parcel or refund your money.
  • How long will this take? You need to allow up to 14 business days from the date of release before beginning an investigation into your missing parcel.
  • If you have not received your parcel in the above stated times please contact us and let us know.
  • If after 6 weeks from the time of your initial order your products have not arrived we will issue a full refund to you.
  • All of our parcels require a signature. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the predicted delivery time.
  • Please note that parcels seized by Customs are not covered under this guarantee - the tax duties, if applicable are the responsibility of the buyer.
